• Mô tả công việc Job Purpose or Summary Own and manage the daily operations of Quick Commerce channels (GrabMart, ShopeeFood, and other marketplace partners), ensuring operational excellence and sustainable business growth. Monitor business performance, drive operational improvements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and execute commercial plans with external partners. Main Responsibilities Marketplace Operations Management Manage the daily operations of Quick Commerce channels (GrabMart, ShopeeFood, and other marketplace partners). Monitor business and operational performance, identify issues, and recommend improvement initiatives. Coordinate with marketplace partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve operational issues. Campaign Execution Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and seasonal commercial campaigns with marketplace partners. Coordinate campaign implementation across internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution. Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign analysis, and recommend optimization opportunities. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Trading, Retail Operations, IT, Warehouse, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations. Support cross-functional projects related to system enhancements, new business initiatives, and operational improvements. Training & Communication Prepare operational guidelines and training materials for store operations and relevant stakeholders. Ensure operational teams understand and comply with the latest procedures and platform requirements. Other Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
